Where We Deliver
Ocala and Marion County
Inside Ocala city limits, the City’s Sanitation page says all solid waste, “excluding construction and demolition debris (C&D) and recyclable commodities,” must be collected by the City, so our containers there carry construction and demolition debris and household trash and junk go to the City (residential 352-351-6697). The City publishes no permit written for a dumpster; its right-of-way utilization permit does not mention containers, so we keep them on your driveway or lot. In unincorporated Marion County, which includes many Ocala mailing addresses, we found no County rule or permit published for a container in a county road, so it goes on your property, and cleanouts and junk loads are fine. Our permit guide walks through the whole picture.
The towns each have their own position, which is why each page above states it. In short: Belleview’s code says “at no time shall a dumpster be placed on the city right-of-way”; Dunnellon and Williston make it unlawful to obstruct their streets and publish no dumpster permit; and Reddick and McIntosh publish nothing we could find. Everywhere, the container goes on the driveway or lot, and where a town publishes nothing, we say so and call before delivery.
